Preparer P7-1200p is used for cleaning, oiling and pulling strands over the bed. It cleans the casting bed after a completed hollow-core slab has been removed, and in this way ensures the quality of the next slab as there is nothing left on the bed that could make the surface uneven. After cleaning, the Preparer P7-1200p spreads out oil with a wiper and puts strands in place in preparation for the next casting.
